This is me. We don't live in that house anymore. I still mourn that sometimes because it was small, but a cozy, pokey old house, and those built-in shelves you see behind me were made by my husband's kind uncle because I asked for a place to show off my dish collecting problem.
That plaid blanket is still in use, though it has a sizable tear. It was our first dog, Gus', blanket. After it spent a year living in a box of Gus' things, we took it out for the other dogs. After all, Gus was never selfish fellow.
I think I've broken down this random picture quite well, except for why I couldn't be bothered to put in a second set of earrings that day. I'm sure it's because this is, like so many, a spur of the moment picture I took when my husband texted something like "How're you doing?" So I texted him this picture. Then he probably wrote back "Yowza!" He's cool.
